Glazed Apple Cinnamon Puff

INGREDIENTS
3 apples peeled and cored
1/3 cup butter melted
3 eggs
3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cups milk
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
METHOD
Cut apples into 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick slices; set aside.
In blender or food processor, blend 2 tbsp (25 mL) of the butter, eggs, flour, milk, sugar and salt until smooth. Set batter aside.
In 10-inch (25 cm) cast-iron or heavy ovenproof skillet, heat remaining butter over medium heat; cook apples, brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender, 15 minutes.
